Roulette: historical background, types of roulette and betting types

The history of roulette games has many twists and turns, because the game has gradually evolved from the old method to today’s online casino. Although roulette has no specific historical starting point, it is generally believed that roulette was invented in the 17th century. So far, even in the online field, roulette is still one of the most famous casino games in the world and tops the list. In the 17th century, the famous French mathematician Blaise Pascal invented a traditional phenomenon called roulette, but this method is the strangest. Blaise Pascal (Blaise Pascal) is considered the authority of his research, he is a famous figure in the fields of science and mathematics. One of his great works is the creation of mathematical probability. It was in the process of doing so that although roulette appeared by accident, it began. Roulette was born accidentally when he was constantly seeking to create a sports machine for another reason. Since then, it has been seen as a by-product of another study.

How roulette entered Europe

Roulette found that even if it was established in France, it was difficult to accept in Europe because all forms of gambling were banned in Europe at that time and therefore considered illegal. However, in 1842, roulette began to enter the mainstream of Europe. After two French descent Francois (Francois) and Louis Blanc (Louis Blanc) extra efforts, this game surpassed France. They first brought the game to Hamburg, Germany. The locals publicly accepted their game and were protected. This gradually led to the widespread spread of roulette in Europe.

Roulette game type

American Roulette:

In American roulette, the roulette wheel usually has double zeros, and the other number on the roulette wheel is from 1 to 38. Double zeros are represented as 0 and 00. It is generally believed that American roulette always reduces numbers. Owning the edge of the house requires a winning chance of losing money at 5.26% of each bet.

European Roulette:

The reason why this game is so popular is that it provides a higher chance of winning, and the house advantage requirement is as low as 2.70%. Generally, French roulette games also follow this concept, except for some minor differences. This type of roulette is zero and the numbers on the roulette are from 1 to 37, thus increasing the chance of winning.
